About Zenith Grove

Zenith Grove is a founder-led UK investment company§, structured as a closed-ended vehicle with ambitions to scale into a listed investment trust. We pursue a disciplined, long-term value strategy with a focus on wealth preservation in real terms and compounding returns through global equities.

Our Story

The Opportunity

  • Shape the governance and compliance framework of a new investment trust from inception.
  • Act as strategic partner and steward of regulatory integrity, alongside the founder.
  • Be strongly positioned for future Board appointment (subject to FCA approval and election), with natural responsibility for governance and legal oversight as the company matures.

The Upside

  • Bonus Shares that Build Ownership: Through the Performance Reward Programme (PRP), co-founders receive bonus shares in Zenith Grove over time, directly tied to the company’s retained earnings. These shares gradually build a real stake in the firm — creating ownership that compounds alongside growth.
  • Unique Early-Backer Advantage: In most investment firms, such performance-linked equity is reserved entirely for portfolio managers and executives. Zenith Grove is different: we have reserved 20% of the PRP exclusively for early backers in the Founders Club — a one-off allocation that will never be repeated.
  • Scale of Potential: As Zenith Grove grows and compounds value, PRP allocations become a significant source of long-term wealth, over and above the investment return on the capital contribution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Professional background in law, compliance, governance, or regulatory affairs in UK financial services.
  • The stature, integrity, and independence expected of a future Board member of a listed investment trust.
  • Appetite to act as a true co-founder: bringing both capital and commitment; not only advising, but actively shaping the early governance framework.
  • A strategic mindset, with willingness to co-own the company’s direction over the long term.
  • A hands-on, builder’s attitude:
    • Tackling legal and regulatory issues, preparing policies and memos suitable to our current scale.
    • Bringing well-researched options and directing focus to what truly matters.
    • Seeding processes that can later be expanded and delegated as we grow
