We are seeking an exceptional individual to join as Co-Founder with overall responsibility for Governance, Legal & Compliance. The individual will be ready to assume a formal role as the Company Secretary. This is a rare chance to enter at the founding stage (a capital commitment is expected).

- Shape the governance and compliance framework of a new investment trust from inception.
- Act as strategic partner and steward of regulatory integrity, alongside the founder.

- A strategic mindset, with willingness to co-own the company’s direction over the long term.
- A hands-on, builder’s attitude:
- Tackling legal and regulatory issues, preparing policies and memos suitable to our current scale.
- Bringing well-researched options and directing focus to what truly matters.
- Seeding processes that can later be expanded and delegated as we grow
